National Scrapbooking Day Sneak Peeks!

Hello everyone! I hope you had a nice weekend. I have been working long hours, designing many projects for my Design Teams. And today I wanted to stop by to invite you all to our series of challenges and giveaways taking place this Saturday at Hiding in my Craft Room.

To create some expectations and motivate you to join us and play along, I have some sneak peeks of my projects:

Oooh... We're all very excited at HIMCR and we hope you stop by this weekend and join the fun!

Mother's Day - HIMCR #147

Happy Saturday! This week at Hiding in my Craftroom we are challenged to create a project for Mother's Day! This can be a card, a tag, an altered item for a gift, a scrapbook page about mom, or anything allusive to this sweet celebration!

The sponsor this week is Pickled Potpourri!

The giveaway is a $7 gift certificate! I had the chance to use a lovely image from Pickled Potpourri called Nature's Greetings Butterfly. I like how organic the butterfly looks! Here is my card for this week's challenge:

Create without Dies - Vintage Pocket Card

Hello my friends, teammates, and followers! I hope you all had a great Easter, surrounded by your loved ones and creating new memories... I did just that! We went on a family trip to the Mayan Copan Ruins, and stayed in the town for days and shared a lot at the same time we adventured in many fun places like the Macaw Park, the Thermal Water Park and so much more... The last time we visited Copan we didn't have our boy, so this time was so much fun (and challenging). I can't complain, I had a wonderful time!

Anyways, I thought I would stop by and share a card with you. I'm always trying to give a twist to my projects and in this case the interesting thing is that it didn't require dies. In the end I thought I'd use a die to make some artist trading cards that I added to the inside pocket, but that is optional and only an extra to the card itself.

Here's my card for today:

I used 3 sets from Nearestore: "Cozy Spring", "Old Fashion" and "Vin…

The Liebster Award

Today was that day of the month destined to go out and run the so needed errands on my to do list. Mostly it was a shopping day. I just arrived home, happy and tired (my boy came with me, and that requires extra energy), and to my surprise, enormous surprise, I find out I was nominated for the Liebster Award! I received a message from the lovely Diana Nguyen, Challenge Team member of Our Daily Bread Designs, saying that she had nominated my blog for the Liebster Award. Thank you so very much Diana, for your kindness and support. The Liebster Award helps bring awareness to blogs with less than 300 followers. I started my blog in January 2014 and this award gives me a great opportunity to share my work with many more in the blogging community. So it's amazing that Diana thought of me, THANKS girl!

Rules for participating in the Liebster Award nominations:

- Thank your Liebster Blog Award presenter on your blog and answer the 11 questions they presented
- Link back to your present…
