Today is our last challenge of the month and it's Anything Goes with ODBD stamps ! This month has been an amazing release month and everyone in the design team has showcased some gorgeous, inspiring cards and projects. It's been s joy seeing all of it! Today I'm sharing a card with a bit of an eclectic take, in lime green, peach and gold, using vellum. I used a technique called partial die cutting which consists basically on stamping an image and then die cutting on top of it without cutting the image. I die cut a label around the heat embossed roses and then I fussy cut the rest of the image. I colored the roses stamped on the vellum with a very light green alcohol marker. I die cut a frame with a pretty polka dot pattern but added a peach cardstock on the back to create an unexpected contrast. I added the vellum label and then a piece of peach ribbon across it. My favorite watercolor technique is actually watercolor resist... It is such an easy technique that gives you gorgeous results every time! I used the new God Verses stamp set released for ODBD's Anniversary Celebration. It is full of inspiring verses! The roses  were stamped and heat embossed in gold and then watercolored. For the layering I altered the Vintage Flourish Pattern filigree frame to create a small rectangular frame for the sentiment's label. I also covered the front of the card with a gorgeous distress wood pattern from the Rustic Beauty Paper Collection and finished the card with ribbon. I hope you enjoyed today's post! This week I am sharing a simple, soft and pretty card for our Religious Spring & Easter Inspiration challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs. This time I chose a beautiful paper from the new Shabby Rose Collection with blue hues to create my card. I let the paper's design shine on the background and added ribbon and a beautiful sentiment from the new set Happy Resurrection Day stamped on a label I distressed with sprays and inks to give it a bit of a mixed media look. To finish the design I die cut some Angel Wings that I adhered to the bottom of the labels and embellished with pearls. I love pastel hues and Easter is just the perfect time to use them on our papercrafting projects. Today I'm sharing a sweet Easter card with a beautiful vintage image from a Nicecrane Designs digital set called Amazing Andersen DSL. I printed the image on white linen cardstock and cut it with a delicate die cut. I stenciled and colored the image in very soft pastel colors with Spectrum Noir markers. I put the card together mixing two different patterns, and mounting the image on a heirloom frame. I finished the card with a satin ribbon double bow. I hope you enjoyed today's post!
