Religious Spring & Easter Inspiration with ODBD

This week I am sharing a simple, soft and pretty card for our Religious Spring & Easter Inspiration challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs. This time I chose a beautiful paper from the new Shabby Rose Collection with blue hues to create my card.

I let the paper's design shine on the background and added ribbon and a beautiful sentiment from the new set Happy Resurrection Day stamped on a label I distressed with sprays and inks to give it a bit of a mixed media look.

To finish the design I die cut some Angel Wings that I adhered to the bottom of the labels and embellished with pearls.

To see all the projects created for ODBDSLC231 or to join the challenge click here. You have until March 22, 2015 at 8:00pm EDT to join us. By participating in the challenge, you have a chance to win a $15 ODBD Gift Certificate good towards the purchase of stamps in the “stamps column” on the ODBD website, or to be spotlighted on the ODBD Blog at our next challenge. The random prize winner will be posted on our next challenge post.
