Hello! It's great to be back with a new challenge post for Hiding in my Craft Room. This time, we're challenged to use embossing on
our projects. It can be any kind of embossing: Wet or dry; You can use
powder, a folder, a bone folder and Scor-pal, or old school embossing
with a stylus and stencil. If you don't have any of these, feel free to
use some pre-embossed paper.
Our sponsor this week is Laurie (blog owner) and she's giving away some embossing folders to a lucky winner.
I use embossing often on my projects, so I can say it is one of my favorite techniques. This time, I decided to go for dry embossing in an unusual way (at least for me).

This clean and layered card consists of two basic elements: stamps and embossing, as simple as that. I wanted to give the wisteria flowers the after-rain effect, so I added a sparkly glitter glue. In 'real life' it looks like raindrops. I wanted a very subtle design for this card, so I layered it white on white, and used a delicate polka dot embossing folder under a double border top layer.
I hope you feel inspired to participate in this week's challenge. To do so, just visit Hiding in my Craft Room, follow instructions and link up your project.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a nice weekend!
