Hello and welcome once again... The card for today was made using dies that were altered in one way or another to create new shapes. For example, the upper corners are actually the corners of a square die; the layer they frame is part of a grand label die; the doilies are in fact one doily cut in half and layered one over the other; the distressed square, was a long rectangle hand cut and rebuilt to fit the center of the card; the main center piece was stamped to frame the sentiment with two half doilies; and finally the pin, was handmade using jewelry materials and authentic crystals ( DIY pins ). I got the stamp set used with this card precisely because of a sentiment, that expresses so much of what is on my mind all the time: " It would be so nice if something made sense for a change" -Alice in Wonderland.
