September has begun! And as every 1st of the month a new challenge begins at Dies R Us ! Our 13th challenge is "Back to School". I know some of you may need the inspiration to create some fun back to school cards for your kids or teachers, so I hope you can join us and play along! As always one lucky winner will receive a $10 voucher to the store I decided to go for a vintage styled card, using some charming alphabet cards I found on Pinterest. I also was inspired by a photo from a Dolce & Gabbana children's catalogue for the textures, patterns and colors on my card. I admit I love this picture: To make this project I die cut the card base with Spellbinders - Nestabilities - Timeless Rectangle . The little doilies were die cut with Spellbinders - Delicate Doilies. I used a classic combination of colors: burgundy, navy blue and light brown.
