Vintage Santa

I have Christmas card to share today, a card I made with beautiful paper crafting products from Classy Cards 'n Such store! I wanted to make an elegant, neutral colored card that would work well for both a man and a woman. I used beige tones, mixing matte and metallic cardstocks to achieve a classic design.

Supplies
Spellbinders New Fancy Label Tags Two
Our Daily Bread Designs Vintage Flourish Pattern
Spellbinders Decorative Labels Thirty-Four
Baby Pearls - LeCreme

I started off by printing a vintage Santa image on Pearl White Linen cardstock. Then I added glitter glue to make the Christmas tree image stand out. I then die cut the image with Spellbinders Fancy Label Tags Two. I mounted the image on another label die cut with Spellbinders Decorative Labels Thirty-Four.

To decorate my card base I added a gorgeous frame die cut with Our Daily Bread Designs' Vintage Flourish set. I adhered two smaller die cuts from Fancy Label Tags Two to the top and bottom of the frame and added a piece of beige ribbon on the center vertically. Finally I mounted the labels and embellished the image with four Baby Pearls Le Creme.

As always I hope you liked what I created and I invite you to browse Classy Cards 'n Such store to check out the supplies used. Remember to take advantage of my discount code Gracie-10 to get 10% off your total purchase on your next order (clearance products included).

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I'm back with a fun and really easy to make card for the Holidays or the New Year and I have a video tutorial with Therm O Web today. I'm sure we all are rushing at the very last minute looking for tags and cards and wrapping gifts... I know I always am. That is why my latest Holiday projects have been on the quick and easy side so you can try them out if you need to! The usual theme for New Year's cards is usually monochromatic, metallic...
