Just Because

Hi! I'm glad to be back with a new card I decided to make for some of my favorite challenges. I love floral images, so I incorporated them to make a card based on a sketch for Mod Squad Challenge. I also wanted to have a lot of colors, which goes along well with the current challenge at Sweet n' Sassy.

Here's the sketch, followed by my card:

Materials
Spellbinders: Classic Squares Small, A2 Matting Basics A
Inks: Memento in Rich Cocoa, Brilliance in Black, Distress in Spun Sugar
Flourishes: Garden Picks
Pelikan glitter glue
Bazic two sided tape and foam tape
Other generic materials
7/8" gross grain ribbon in pink
Eggshell cardstock in white
Textured cardstock in soft pink

To make this card, I stamped the images, die cut them in squares and colored them with markers. I sponged them with distress ink and added pearlescent glitter glue to the flowers. I framed the floral images and added them to the main layer, but not before sponging it with distress ink, stamping the sentiment and wrapping some ribbon to it.

I love the look of this card, I like how well the sketch works with the images and how nice all the colors look together. I hope you like it too. Thanks for stopping by!
