Reindeer Elegance

Good day! Welcome to a new post for Classy Cards 'n Such I am delighted to be here today sharing a new card for this week's CCNS challenge: Santa's Reindeer. Christmas cards to me are the perfect kind of cards to use lots of sparkle and shimmer on, and of course today's card is no exception!

I created a monochromatic silver and white card using the double glitter technique, which consists basically in stenciling with with glitter. I have a complete step by step tutorial at Classy Cards 'n Such blog. So make sure you click here, and learn how I made this card.

I also have PDF tutorial available for you! If you'd like to download the tutorial please click HERE.

Supplies
Dies: Spellbinders Gold Circles One, Spellbinders Frosty Forms
Embossing Folder: Spellbinders M-Bossabilities Reindeer Magic

Stamp: We R Memory Keepers White Christmas
Ink: Ranger Distress Embossing Ink
Paper: White Pearl Linen, Leather textured cardstock in off white, Spellbinders Delicate Pastels Craft Foil (silver backing), Heavyweight Vellum
Stencil: Dreamweaver Large Damask
Adhesives: 8 1/2" x 11" Double sided adhesive sheet, foam adhesive, two sided tape.
Accesories: Spellbinders Raspberry Spacer, Grand Calibur die cutting machine, Zap! heat tool
Embellishments: White organza ribbon, Baby Rhinestones - Silver

I hope you enjoyed my card and tutorial. I love how my design resulted… The sparkle and the monochromatic combination sure make the card look very elegant. If you are looking for a more subtle look you can use this technique for smaller accents too, like flourishes and leaves and it would work just as nice.

Video Tutorial: Quick New Year's Card with Simple Stories & Deco Foil

I'm back with a fun and really easy to make card for the Holidays or the New Year and I have a video tutorial with Therm O Web today. I'm sure we all are rushing at the very last minute looking for tags and cards and wrapping gifts... I know I always am. That is why my latest Holiday projects have been on the quick and easy side so you can try them out if you need to! The usual theme for New Year's cards is usually monochromatic, metallic... But, what if we used colorful Holiday colors instead? Why not? Well, this time you'll see me use papers from Simple Stories Very Merry Collection. WINNERS + Last Minute Gifts for Christmas: Apron Gift Card Holders

This time I'm sharing these cute Christmas Apron gift / money holders! New Holiday Traditions Papers These sweet aprons look perfect thanks to our new digital papers from Holiday Traditions . You can find those here . They are super affordable and you can print them as many times as you like to recreate the same look on several projects. Also, I was able to get to aprons per printed 8 1/2" by 11" sheet. I printed them in a regular inkjet printer and used it to cut the pieces of this SVG file. I used the Precious Giftables cartridge -or should I say Christmas giftables- by the lovely Anna Griffin. It includes two pocketsm, one that you can see on the pictures to place a small card, and another one on the back that is perfect for your money gifts. So yes, they are
